This policy lists the cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, used on the lexona.ai website and the Lexona platform at app.lexona.ai, operated by YR Legal Services Ltd.
1. Summary
- The lexona.ai website uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies. It does not use analytics or marketing cookies, and Lexona sets no cookie on the website until you save a choice in Cookie settings.
- The Lexona platform uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and functional storage to remember display choices you make, such as whether a sidebar is open. It does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
- Some pages load services from third parties, listed below, which receive technical information such as your IP address when they load.

6. Consent and your choices
On the lexona.ai website, we ask for your consent before setting any cookie or similar technology that is not strictly necessary, and rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting them. The website currently uses none, so it does not show a consent banner.
You can review the website’s categories, and change any choice you have made, at any time in Cookie settings, which is linked from the footer of every page on lexona.ai.
On the Lexona platform, the functional items in section 4 are set only when you use the related control, to remember that choice, and are not used for analytics or marketing. The platform does not currently ask for consent before setting them, and Cookie settings on lexona.ai does not manage them. You can remove them by clearing your browser’s site data for app.lexona.ai.
Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the platform working, for example by signing you out.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy before introducing a new cookie or similar technology, and change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
