From source material to solicitor-approved output.

What UK legal teams need before trusting AI in live matters

    ★★★★★

“The title review showed the source behind each proposed enquiry. That is the difference between a useful draft and another thing to supervise.”

“The approval queue gives us the control we need. Nothing goes to the client without sign-off, and the source trail is clear enough for risk review.”

“The intake flow filtered out poor-fit enquiries before a fee earner touched them, while still handing qualified leads over with the facts we needed.”

    How it Works

    Three steps. Real legal workflows.

    1

    Connect the matter material

Upload or connect emails, title documents, search reports, contract packs, attendance notes, and intake answers from the workflow you already run.

    2

    Generate source-linked work products

Specialised agents extract facts, identify missing information, draft enquiries and report sections, and anchor each output to source material.

    3

    Review, approve, and export

Practitioners remain in control. Nothing is sent, filed, or finalised until a qualified person reviews and approves the output.

    Workflow Fit

Works around the tools legal teams already use

    Microsoft Word
    WordExport live
    OneDrive
    OneDrivePilot connector
    Google Drive
    DrivePilot connector
    Dropbox

Status labels show the current route: export, pilot connector, or scoped PMS integration. Review-ready .docx drafts are available from day one.

    Practitioner control

    The AI never acts alone

Lexona prepares work for review. No document leaves the platform, no email is sent, and no draft is finalised without explicit solicitor sign-off.

    The Approval Queue

Every AI-generated output sits in a structured approval queue. Nothing leaves the platform without your explicit sign-off. Each item shows the relevant matter, priority level, and a one-click approve or reject action.

    Reviewable Changes

AI suggestions are presented for review with visible changes, source context, and comments so fee earners can edit before approval or export.

    Source and Audit Trail

Supported workflows retain the source documents, actor, timestamp, and approval events behind a draft so risk and compliance reviews have evidence to inspect.

    Security & Compliance

    Buyer questions

Answers for partners, COLP/COFAs, IT, and fee earners

Does Lexona train on our client or matter data?

No. Lexona does not train on client or matter data. Production model providers must be covered by executed contracts and account configurations that prohibit training on customer content and require zero retention of client and matter prompts and outputs before any such data is processed.

    Can anything be sent automatically?

No. Lexona prepares work products for review. Drafts, reports, correspondence, and other outputs require explicit practitioner approval before release.

Can we evaluate it without live client data?

Yes. Start with a redacted or anonymised workflow demo, then move to an NDA-backed pilot with live matter material when your risk and procurement checks are ready.

What documents can procurement or compliance review?

You can request the security pack for the DPA, sub-processor list, data-flow material, DPIA support, IDTA, EU SCCs, Cyber Essentials status, and ISO 27001 roadmap.
